How to publish your article on Zirkels and store the content on-chain.

Publishing an article on Zirkels is super easy.

First, make sure to actually have some content ready. Check out our guide on creating an article if you don't know how to do so.

Please understand that the first time you hit the "save button" on your article, it still doesn't get published. This creates a content card on your dashboard. From here, click on the settings icon for the content piece that you wish to publish and hit the "publish" button.

Remember, once you publish a piece of content on Zirkels you can't modify it. Content that gets stored on-chain can't be modified.

How to modify content once it gets published

When you publish something on Zirkels, there is no going back. Meaning, the title, the content, the URL... it all gets stored on-chain. And, since we can't modify the blockchain, we can't modify published posts either.

The solution to modifying published content

The only way around editing published content is to create a clean copy from scratch of your current post and republish it again.

Be sure to archive your old post if you do this!
